Send and receive NVC

NVC uses standard 0x EVM addresses.

Receive: share your address and wait for the transfer to appear on the explorer.

Send: the wallet builds a signed Ethereum-style transaction to the public RPC. Confirm the destination, amount, and that the wallet is on Chain ID 733100001.

Confirmations are block inclusions on the NVC proof-of-work chain. There is no fiat settlement layer in the protocol.
