Upgrades

Install consensus-critical upgrades before NVCP1 height 100800.

Procedure:

1. Verify the new binary hash.
2. Back up /var/lib/nvc and configuration.
3. Replace the binary.
4. Restart the node.
5. Confirm Chain ID, genesis, and tip still match Mainnet.

Do not reset the data directory as part of a normal upgrade.
